Busy weekend!

Friday night Vahn, Emma and I headed to Early, IA to stay with Vahn's cousin Nick and his family. Sophia and Emma are the only great-grandchildren on the Schumacher side so far and this was the first time for Sophia to meet Emma. The pictures below are not the best but it was hard since Emma was tired and hungry! Amy and I are not looking our best either but oh well! Sophia was a great helper and think really enjoyed seeing Emma! When Emma tired talking we would ask Sophia what she was saying, and the one time Sophia told us that Emma said "Erica"which is Vahn's sister and Emma's God-Mother. It was pretty cute! Then on Saturday we headed to Battle Creek to see Vahn's grandma Leva. I am so mad at myself that I didn't get any pictures of Emma and Great-Grandma! After we left Battle Creek we headed back to WB for Graduations we had on Saturday and Sunday. Two girls that I am real close with and have coached them since they were in 3rd grade graduated on Sunday Micheala and Kayla! Its hard to believe that they are that old and makes me feel even older!! Over all a good weekend but Vahn and I were glad to be home in our bed last night!

Mother's Day

My first Mother's Day with Emma! Emma got me a gift card for the MN Twins!! Can't wait to go to a game with Emma and Vahn!! What a great idea for a gift! Also, I got a golf glove...Emma knew exactly what I wanted! Emma and I hung out in WB for the day with my mom and grandma. My dad and Vahn went golfing and they they grilled steaks for us! We had a nice day together! When I get rest of the pictures off my moms camera I will get them added! Hopefully all mother's and new mother's like me had a wonderful day!

Monday morning!

Emma was up early with me this morning. Vahn will take her to daycare this week but she was up and rolling at 6 this morning! She was laughing and having a great time in her bouncing chair! Emma is out growing a lot of her clothes right now, so it needs to get warmer so she can start to wear all of her cute outfits she has! Grandma Thul got this outfit for Emma...it is adorable! Of course when I got my camera out she didn't want to smile anymore:)

Emma's 1st Golfing Trip!

Sunday was a gorgous day so Vahn and I decide to go play some golf and we took Emma with us! She did a great job! We got to play all 9 holes! The last couple of holes she got wore out and was fast asleep as you can see in the pictures below! Hopefully we can do this again!
