Emma helping me make some brownies!

Emma loves licking the spoon. This isn't something I like but

I knew daddy would love the brownies and so did Emma!

Emma's a little upset with me..ok a lot! I thought she had enought but of course

she didn't think so! She went right into the shower, which didn't make her

too happy either!

Hot days of summer!

We had a straight week of hot weather in August so Emma and I had to find

things to do in the house at night.

As you can see Emma found to take a break from playing with

her dolls to have afternoon snack. She loves her fishes!

She is still going, she loved playing with my swifter.

Learning to Save Early!

Emma loves putting coins in her piggy bank.

We are trying to fill her piggy up so we can take it to the bank.

She will probably be heart broken when they take the coins away!

Our Little Hawkeye!

Emma is getting ready for the season by trying out

her new hawkeye dress. It will work great for the beginning of the

season when its nice out! She is telling me go Hawkeyes. Or..just getting

out Hawkeyes! We are working on the cheers!

My little fashion queen! One of Emma's favorite things is the

pink wagon grandma Schumacher got for Emma. Her

dolls and their friends love the rides she gives them!

Emma plays with her dolls everyday. She loves them so much. She is going to be a great big sister, I know she will be a great help, at least we are hoping! She usually needs to have her purse, baby, Elmo, babies blanket and bottle and she is set to go! If you can see in the first picture she is wearing her new shoes grandma Thul got for her. Emma wanted the Skaretchers that were $36, but we got a deal on these glitter ones at Kohl's! Emma is a shoe girl now...what will she be like in a few years! Not sure Vahn is ready for that! She knows what looks good:)

Mommy's B-day

July 21st I celebrated my birthday with my two favorite people, Emma and Vahn!

I picked up a DQ cake and thought it would be fun

to watch Emma blow out the candles. She loved it!

We had a nice night at home. I got a very special angel to watch

over my flowers from Emma and Vahn. Emma knew

just what mommy wanted:)
