Cutting down our 1st real Christmas tree!

We headed to Belmond to cut down our real Christmas tree.
It was a chilly day but we had a good time.

Thanksgiving with the Thul Family

Vahn and I headed to WB on Wednesday night after we
got off work. Emma was already there, thankgoodness since
the roads weren't the best that night.
The pictures I uploaded are backwards.
We ended Thanksgiving with decorating the tree together.
Sorry about that!

Emma enjoys sitting and visiting with Great Grandma. They both
get a laugh from one another.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Breaking the wish bone!

how I feel about that yet!

Emma giving the baby a kiss!

Emma and grandma were twins.....they both thought it was funny!
Emma enjoying the big wheel. Riding it in the garage. Uncle Nick had to
help out though!

Uncle Nick babysitting Emma!

Uncle Nick watched Emma for 3 days while he was home on break. They had a good time and
did some bonding! Looks like they even played some dolls:)

Emma loves her dolls! I think she will be a great help when
the baby comes!

Winter Wonderland

Sunday afternoon after football, Vahn took Emma out to play
out in the snow. Emma loved it!! We got out the sled that Grandpa Jack
made for the grandkids. It worked great for Emma.

Emma is all smiles riding in the sled.
Daddy getting a work out!
Emma not sure what to think yet?!?

Vahn thought Gus would be able to pull Emma, but the wet snow and a heavy
girl was a little tough!

Trick & Treating
with Waytt, Weston and Alison. Emma is Little Red Ridinghood, but most
people thought she was Dorthy with her red shoes, which was fine too!!!
She had a blast and was such a big girl walking to the homes.
Emma walking with Waytt and Weston and Alison heading to the
next house. Emma did a great job going to each place. She loved grabbing the
candy out of everyone's bowl.
Emma saying Trick or Treat!
She kept playing with her dress, she loved the sparkles on it!

Emma checking out herself in the mirror.
She just giggled!
Thank goodness for the 2 1/2 hour nap that she just
woke up from. Wesley hours for Trick or Treating
were from 4-6. It was nice since it wasn't dark and the weather was
so nice out! Just wasn't the same with though with the pumpkins not
glowing yet, but oh well.

After a fun filled night Emma was ready for a bath and bed.
She fell asleep in my arms before 8:30!
Hopefully she sleeps through the night
in her big girl bed! We are going on night 4!

Happy Halloween!!!

Happy Halloween everyone!
Vahn is working today so we wanted to get a quick picture
before he left for work!
I am trying to get the camera programed for our family picture.

Ok, a little to quick flash..Emma is watching me run around the
bar, I didn't make it in time..let try this again!
1st pic
2nd pic....a little better!

Emma helped me after we took the picture gaet our pumpkins
ready outside to light tonight. After a being outside for some fresh
air Vahn left for work and Emma and I headed in the house to catch a nap!
Emma must be in need of a nap she is still sleeping and its just about been 2 hours!
More pictures to come of trick or treating...when we go out tonight!

Emma helping mom in the kitchen!

While I was in the kitchen getting supper ready, Emma
wanted to join me. She first asked to sit on the counter, so she
could draw on my hawkeye pad and play with the radio. We both
like to listen to music while we work. This picture didn't
turn out the best but I loved how serious she was
in drawing on the notepad. It was way cute!

Mom, another pictures??!

She went and grabbed some bowls and utensils. She
couldn't just pretend, she went and grabbed the marshmallows
out of the pantry.
Hard at work!
